How do baking cookies ever be quick? You normally have to find a scale, then carefully measure out all the components, caress the bread to ages, cut out little cookies in to heart, moon and star shapes then wait a second century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake cookies under these conditions. That is just not how I roll. But I encounter those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyway.)

Okay, they don't taste just like the biscuits you receive around Christmas time. Instead they're a little more gooey and don't crumble at all.

However, what largely convinced me was you could have them ready in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Probably the most astonishing thing about the cookies is that they call for just 2 ingredients! Yep that is correct, and anybody can blend two ingredients.

Though if you would like to make them tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using some add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's up to you!

It seems increasingly like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody is gont cover me should you consume them), but I have to mention one more awesome thing about those cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, once I had had the very first I finished the remainder within one hour.

They're ideal for hiking trips or other occasions where you want a quick pleasant bite on the move. Nowadays I keep them as a quick snack in my back pack.

It also has to be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the regular cookie suspects. Just oats and peanuts.

Health Benefits -- Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies

First I wished to call them"Fitness Cookies" -- cause I still think these are the only really healthy cookies that have yet been produced by humankind .

Take oats such as. Not only check out this site do they decrease your cholesterol levels which subsequently will help you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with good carbs and nutrients to keep you going for longer during the day.

These nutrients comprise manganese, good for bone creation and skin integrity in addition to magnesium -- essential for energy production to cause you to feel more awake

2 Ingredient Cookies. Just combine peas and peas and bake them for 15 minutes. Ideal for when you will need an energy boost on the move. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats work really nicely )

Optional: Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe by Tasty

two tsp cinnamon

1 little number raisins

1 little handful walnuts, crumbled

1 small number sesame seeds, pear

You may add pretty much anything you like!

If you don't have that make sure to grease the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you are vegan)

To create the cookie contour only grab a spoon and garnish a decent sum from the mix onto the baking tray like I did in the photo above. It's super quick and simple.
